This review is from: Nutiva Organic HempShake Mix, Berry Pomegranate, 16-Ounce Jars (Pack of 2) (Grocery) I originally purchased the sample packet Amazon offers, so I was able to try the Chocolate, Acai, and Berry-Pomegrante--and this was the best flavor & right amount of sweetness (at least for my liking). I've mixed it w/ vanilla coconut milk, as well as unsweetened almond milk & sometimes throw in a banana--all ways, it's delicious! Though the protein isn't high (6 g); it is low in calories (90 calories per serving), low in sugar (11g) & has a great amount of fiber (8 g). I use it when I need a snack. One thing I would like to add is if you've never had a hemp protein shake; they naturally tend to be on the gritty side, but not in a bad way, but if you're not expecting it--it may surprise you or cause you to dislike it (so just a heads up). I've tried whey protein shakes and they are just NASTY! The Hempshake Berry Pom flavor is great. I mix mine w/ either Vanilla HempMilk or Vanilla Almond Breeze (the full calorie one). It has a strong nutty taste which I like. I ordered the berry pomegranate flavor which I prefer more than the chocolate. The chocolate was too nutty -but chalky at the same time.
